Device Information: We collect basic device information (model, OS version) and FCM tokens to send important system notifications.

We use the collected data solely for business operations, including:

Generating on-site service reports with photo evidence.

Sending real-time notifications about service updates.

Verifying the attendance and location of field technicians.
